Awkwafina
Awkwafina, an American actor and singer, began with a series of rap songs which dealt with the subject of sexuality and race. Her fame grew into Hollywood following the release of an album of raps. Nora Lum began her musical journey as a trumpet player. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the child of Chinese immigrants as well as Korean immigrants. Later, she began the classical and hip-hop genres. In college, she studied the field of women's studies and journalism. In addition, she spent a short time studying Mandarin at the University of Beijing. It wasn't until she began focusing on music until the time she finished her studies.
